DIN9250 Lock Washers
DIN 9250 Ribbed Lock Washers are designed to help prevent loosening in bolted connections exposed to vibration and dynamic loads. Featuring a conical profile and radial ribs on the bearing surfaces, the washer creates a spring effect during tightening while the ribs engage with the mating surfaces to increase resistance against rotation.
Available in regular-duty and heavy-duty designs, DIN 9250 washers can be selected according to the load and connection requirements. Carbon steel versions can provide a strong and economical solution for general mechanical applications, while stainless steel A2 and A4 versions offer improved corrosion resistance for outdoor, humid, and demanding environments. DIN 9250 Ribbed Lock Washers are suitable for machinery, equipment, steel structures, automotive components, and other bolted assemblies subject to vibration or repeated loading. For proper selection, customers should consider the washer type, bolt diameter, material, hardness, surface finish, and the operating conditions of the complete fastening assembly.

Specification:
DIN 9250 Ribbed Lock Washers are specified by their type, dimensions, material, hardness, and surface characteristics. The conical profile provides spring action during tightening, while the radial ribs on the bearing surfaces increase resistance to loosening caused by vibration and dynamic loads. Regular-duty Type S and heavy-duty Type VS versions can be supplied according to the required connection conditions. Carbon steel and stainless steel materials are available with suitable surface treatments for different service environments.

Dimension Chart of DIN9250 Lock Washers:
The dimension chart provides the key measurements for selecting DIN 9250 Ribbed Lock Washers. Inner diameter, outer diameter, washer thickness, and conical height determine compatibility with the mating bolt and the available bearing surface. Type S and VS versions should be selected according to the bolt size and required locking performance.

Application of SDIN9250 Lock Washers:
Machinery & Industrial Equipment
DIN 9250 Ribbed Lock Washers are suitable for machinery, production equipment, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and mechanical assemblies where vibration or repeated movement can contribute to bolt loosening. The radial ribs increase resistance to relative rotation between the washer and mating surfaces.
Automotive & Mobile Equipment
The locking action makes these washers suitable for automotive components, vehicle equipment, machinery attachments, and mobile assemblies exposed to vibration and dynamic loads. Type S or VS can be selected according to the required locking performance and connection conditions.
Steel Structures & Mechanical Frames
DIN 9250 washers can be used in steel frames, equipment supports, brackets, mounting systems, and fabricated mechanical structures where a more secure bolted connection is required. Carbon steel and stainless steel versions allow the washer to be matched to different mechanical and environmental conditions.
