Types of screw

Industrial Screw Manufacturing Process:

1. Raw Material Preparation

We carefully select suitable raw materials according to screw requirements, including stainless steel, carbon steel, brass and aluminum. Material inspection is performed before production to ensure chemical composition and mechanical properties meet customer specifications.

2. Cold Heading Process

Cold heading is one of our main screw manufacturing processes. Using advanced cold heading machines, we can efficiently form screw heads and basic shapes with high production efficiency and consistent quality, especially for high-volume standard screws

3. Thread Rolling

Thread rolling is used to produce strong and precise screw threads without cutting away material. This process improves thread strength, surface finish and production efficiency, ensuring reliable fastening performance.

4. CNC Machining and Precision Processing

For customized screws and precision components, we use CNC machining, turning, milling and drilling processes to achieve complex designs, special dimensions and tight tolerances according to customer drawings.

5. Surface Treatment

We provide various surface treatment options to improve corrosion resistance, durability and appearance, including zinc plating, black oxide, passivation and other customized finishes.

6. Inspection and Quality Control

During and after production, screws are inspected through dimensional measurement, thread gauge testing, material testing and surface coating thickness inspection to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
