Fully threaded ASME B18.31.2 stud bolts are threaded fastening components designed for reliable and serviceable bolted connections. Application of Full Thread ASME B 18.31.2 Stud Bolts:

Fully threaded ASME B18.31.2 stud bolts are widely used in industrial bolted connections where secure clamping, reliable joint performance and easy assembly and disassembly are required. Their fully threaded configuration makes them suitable for flange connections, piping systems, pressure equipment and industrial machinery. Depending on the operating environment and mechanical requirements, different materials and grades can be selected, including stainless steel SS304 and SS316 stud bolts, ASTM A193 B7 and B16 alloy steel stud bolts, ASTM A193 B8 stainless steel stud bolts, and ASTM A320 L7 stud bolts for low-temperature service.

Stainless Steel Stud Bolts for Corrosive Environments

SS304 stud bolts are commonly used for general industrial applications where good corrosion resistance and durability are required, including food processing equipment, water treatment systems, chemical equipment and general machinery. For more demanding environments, SS316 stud bolts offer improved resistance to corrosion and are widely used in marine equipment, chemical processing, pharmaceutical facilities and applications exposed to moisture, chlorides or corrosive media.
